VAT & Taxes

If you are VAT registered in the UK, you will be able to reclaim the UK VAT rate of 17.5% which has been included in the price. A VAT receipt will be included in your confirmation of purchase email.

We accept most Credit/ Debit/ Switch/ Solo Cards online through our secure Payment Server World Pay.

Returns / Damaged Goods

All returns must first be authorised by Shooting People Films Ltd. See

Goods damaged while in transit to you will be replaced free of charge. Refunds are available only if the goods are in their ORIGINAL and SEALED condition suitable for RESALE.
DVD's which are found to be faulty will be exchanged - please contact Shooting People Films first to arrange how to do this.
